Step 1: Paint the Popsicle Sticks

- Make sure to cover both sides evenly and let them dry completely before moving to the next step.
Step 2: Cut the Paper Templates
- Using the provided templates, trace and cut out all the penguin pieces from their corresponding colored construction paper.
- You'll need a white oval body piece, red hat base, green hat trim with scalloped edge, orange triangular beak, orange oval feet, and black wing shapes.
