How to Make Your Paper Loop Fox Craft
This craft is perfect for school-aged children, with adult help needed for cutting the paper plate and creating multiple loops.
Step 1: Create the Fox Base

- Cut a triangle shape from a paper plate to make the base for your fox face.
- This will be where you attach all the paper loops to create the textured fur effect.
Step 2: Make the Paper Loops

- Cut many strips of orange construction paper. We used 30 strips – but you might need more or less depending on the size of paper plate you started with.
- Take each strip and form it into a loop by gluing both ends together.
Step 3: Attach the Loops to Create Fur

- Starting from one side, glue the paper loops to the triangular base one by one.
- Arrange them close together to create a full, textured fur effect.
- Continue until the entire triangle base is covered with orange loops.
Step 4: Make the Fox Ears

- Cut two rectangles from orange construction paper.

- Fold each rectangle to create a cone shape by overlapping one corner over the other and gluing in place. These folded cone ears will give your fox that classic pointed ear look.

- Glue the completed ear cones to the top corners of your fox face.
Step 5: Create the Eyes and Nose

- Cut two circles from white construction paper for the eyes (or use the template provided).
- Using a black marker, shade or draw pupils in the center of each white circle to complete the fox's eyes.
- Cut a small triangle from black construction paper to make the fox's nose (or use the template provided).
Step 7: Bring Your Fox to Life

- Glue the completed eyes and black triangular nose to your fox face, positioning them to create a sweet, friendly expression that kids will absolutely love.
